I don't like the snow.
But I didn't feel like spending any time fixing it
A lot of colors, frames (OK, not that many) and whatnot.
I do like this shading technique though (I bet people are getting tired of hearing that)

This is kind of like your icon, isn't it? The whole snow idea.. I agree that the snow could be worked more on, but the idea is really great and the emoticon is as cute as ever 
. It looks so innocent, like its a little kid playing peek-a-boo.. (omg you should totally make one of those, little emoticon hiding behind big one..
